Coaching is about finding and setting a new way forward with the guidance and support of an experienced mentor.
When we experience problems or want to make improvements in our lives, it’s often hard to see the wood for the trees. A experienced coach does not give advise but rather allows you to discover your own solutions, talents and strengths as well as identify and plan for potential obstacles.
Personal coaching sessions can help you

- Give you the tools, perspective and structure you need to keep you motivated and moving forward.

Each session takes 45 minutes and the cost is £30. 24hrs notice for cancellation is required or charges will apply.
